Since the nature of our products are custom made and one of a kind based upon your personalization requests, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. The product arrives damaged
2. The product arrives defective
3. There is a mistake in the personalization due to error by Crowning Customs.
(Please note: We will customize your products based on your requests. If there is a mistake in the information sent to us by you, Crowning Customs will not be responsible for reprints or re-manufacturing of the product.)
